Now with 2300 Horses!
The Koenigsegg Gemera was introduced in 2020, and last Friday, the factory where they will be manufactured was opened. The production version, which offers some differences from the first version, was also unveiled. The car can still be equipped with the unusual little three-cylinder engine of two liters, which seems magical. In combination with electricity, this should provide the car with 1700 horsepower, enough to drive to kindergarten.
Vroom Vroom with a V8
But if you want some real vroom-vroom, you can choose to have the car with a V8 instead. This will cost an extra $400,000, on top of the roughly $20 million that the car costs. If you don’t care about being able to carry things, you can order a Ghost Package that gives the car a wing and better aerodynamics, but then you lose, among other things, the front luggage compartment.
Real Rearview Mirrors
The car has also been given the option of real rearview mirrors.
So, if you have a spare $20 million lying around and you’re not too attached to your front luggage compartment, why not take the Gemera out for a spin? Just remember to check those rearview mirrors – they’re real.
