The Atlas will include detailed descriptions and images of over 1,000 asteroids. Because nothing says “rock and roll” like a detailed analysis of space rocks.

May’s journey from rockstar to astrophysicist is as unique as his guitar solos. After achieving fame with Queen, he decided to return to his first love – astrophysics. He completed his PhD in 2007, proving that you can indeed be a rockstar and a nerd at the same time.
